What is the G-Force Network?
Quite simply, G-Force Network is the name of Genesys's global user community. As a network, it has three high level objectives:
- Position our customers for success, by connecting them with the right people, resources and information.
- Global platform for the exchange of knowledge between Genesys and its customers, and more importantly, between Genesys customers.
- Improve the way organizations handle customer interactions through collective exchange.
What can G-Force Network do for me?
G-Force Network membership provides access to product, solution and industry content that is highly targeted to individual job roles. Content is delivered through various channels including webinars, seminars, online forums and portals, newsletters, whitepapers, user groups and annual user conferences. This content is only available to Genesys customers (aka G-Force Network members).
The aim of some programmes will be for Genesys to share knowledge and experiences with users, while the objective of others will be to foster interaction between Genesys users.
Just think of it as your favorite G-Force User Conference - with all that great content, messaging, breakouts, networking and fun - but lasting 12-months a year!
Customers will be welcomed into the G-Force Network in one of two ways:
New Customers
When an organization first becomes a Genesys customer, they receive a G-Force Network Welcome Kit in the mail. This CD and brochure walks new customers through the important programs available to them; providing access to technical support registration, regional user groups and Better Interactions, in addition to information on Genesys University and our annual user conference, G-Force. It is also the starting point for the steady flow of G-Force Network content and interaction with other network members.
Existing Customers
Since this is an exciting new initiative and existing Genesys users will already have been exposed to some of the individual program elements prior to the launch of the G-Force Network, they will be targeted slightly differently.
Existing customers will have received an email notifying them of the new customer program and all the benefits it delivers. Enrollment for existing customers is automatic, so there is no need to sign or submit any forms.

G-Force User Conference The highlight of the G-Force Network calendar. These events typically take place in several locations around the globe, with each providing a regional flavor. This year, G-Force user conferences attracted over 5,000 attendees across 5 locations - London, San Diego, Melbourne, Tokyo and Shanghai. Next year they promise to be even bigger and better!
Regional User Groups Independent, customer-led user groups in your region. A place to share knowledge and experiences with other Genesys customers. How are other customers using Genesys solutions and what benefits have they achieved? What implementation and development challenges have been faced and how were they overcome? Find out the answers while networking with your peers!
Customer Insight Webinar Series As Francis Bacon famously noted 'Knowledge is Power' and with these webinars Genesys helps to empower network members. Featuring product roadmap information, technical deep dives, analyst findings, business consulting and user presentations; there will be something for everyone within network member organizations.
Executive Briefing Center located at our Corporate Headquarters, the Executive Briefing Center brings Genesys solutions to life. Genesys customers can meet Genesys executives and product experts while experiencing state-of-the-art live product demonstrations. The Genesys Executive Briefing Center provides a customized experience that allows our customers to understand how Genesys products and services can meet their business needs and help them deliver world-class customer service.
G-Force Network Newsletter A monthly e-newsletter to keep members updated on the latest news from Genesys. This customer newsletter provides G-Force Network members with information from Genesys, our partners and the wider industry. It also includes downloadable content ranging from whitepapers to on-demand webinars, plus a calendar of forthcoming events. You won't want to miss this monthly publication.
The more members are able to put in to the G-Force Network, the more they can get out of it!
There are many opportunities for you to further engage with Genesys.
The Product Advisory Council and Board of Advisors can help members shape Genesys product and business direction while providing a direct interface into the Genesys Executive team.
For those customers interested in being showcased as reference customers, there is the G-Force Network Customer Advantage Program (GCAP) - where members can gain substantial rewards and privileges.
Genesys can also assist with getting visibility for you and your organization through programs such as the Customer Innovation Awards. This annual competition is judged by a panel of industry analysts and is designed to recognize outstanding customer service through the innovative use of technology.
The G-Force Network has been developed to help our customers engage with us and with one another. This level of engagement is very much dependent on the extent to which you wish to get involved. Whatever that level happens to be, our aim is to ensure that you thrive!
